“TÀN VIÊN”: When the creative flame is rekindled from the ashes
Some flames seem to have burned out, but within those smouldering ashes, new vitality still quietly waits for the day it will flare up again. For young people who love fashion, that flame is passion — sometimes wavering, sometimes fading, but never extinguished.
“Tàn Viên” — Fashion Show 2025 organised by BUV Fashion Club — is a strong affirmation of that spirit: fashion is not only about trends, but a journey of rebirth for inspiration and creative identity.

Inspired by the endless cycle of fire and life, “Tàn Viên” is not merely a performance night, but has become a “symphony” between ashes and light, between the old and the new, between destruction and rebirth. On that runway, ideas that once seemed old are “burned” again in new forms — bolder, sharper — reflecting the spirit of free creativity of today’s young Vietnamese generation.
The event takes place on the campus of British University Vietnam (BUV) — an open, modern space filled with youthful energy, where ideas are encouraged to break through and experiment without limits. In that atmosphere where academia and creativity intersect, “Tàn Viên” spreads like a flame, connecting souls who love art and fashion.
To align with that spirit, the dress code of the night is Black – Red – White: three colours symbolising ashes, fire, and light — also the three beats of the rebirth journey the programme aims to convey.
Not only a performance night, but “Tàn Viên” also allows audiences to take part in check-in activities, enjoy tea breaks at sponsor areas, view exhibitions, admire exclusive designs, and interact with young people who are daily continuing to write the dream of Vietnamese fashion through their own language.
